Yeah, I probably should not have been so optimistic in my post about Dean winning the nomination 2 months ago. Things were looking really good back then, but it seems most primary voters are easily swayed and will vote for whoever is the presumed nominee. (Had Dean won both Iowa and New Hampshire like Kerry managed, it is likely he would have the same momentum Kerry now has.)
My number two choice is John Edwards. He is charismatic and is somewhat progressive. He is also the only candidate who can realistically have Dean as a running mate. I could actually vote for Edwards in the general election, whereas Kerry I’m not so sure. I’m hoping there will be an alliance between Dean and Edwards.
