Ad Hoc

Three days ago was the one year anniversary of Eric’s Blog. It has come a long way since then. Originally it was a simple PHP script that I wrote myself. I even added a commenting system to it which I called Blogments. However, after I actually started reading other people’s blogs, and the threat of other people wanting blogs on my site, I found my blog scripts to be lacking. For a while I worked on a new script that supported multiple users. But there were better uses for my time, and so I decided to look for some blog software and settled on MovableType after trying some PHP blog applications. Anyway, I think this occasion calls for a limerick:
there once was a blog named eric’s
not long was the list of its merits
age one year and three days
it currently displays
the first ‘n last of its lim’ricks
