No one probably noticed (since RSS was not affected, AFAIK), but in case you did notice, my blog was replaced with a version of itself from November 2003. Luckily, I was not replaced with a 2003 version of myself and noticed the error. I’m not entirely sure how it happened, but my guess is that the server had some disk failure(s) on Friday and forced my ISP to restore from backup. The rest of the site was restored from a recent backup – except my blog and Matt’s Blog, which were restored with backups from 2003.
For the record, I’ve been using Hurricane Electric for probably six or seven years now, and this is the first time I’ve had any real problems.
